Data processed

• Contact data: email address, name and anything you send us when you write or call.
• Operational data: delivery addresses submitted for analysis, vehicle characteristics, and the results produced by the engine. A delivery address may constitute personal data where it identifies an individual.
• Technical data: server logs required to operate and secure the service.

Teneolog processes two distinct categories of data:

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries — legitimate interest.
• Providing and invoicing the feasibility analysis service — performance of the contract with the business customer.
• Keeping the platform secure and available — legitimate interest.

When you submit delivery addresses through the service, you act as the data controller and Teneolog acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement can be entered into on request.

Recipients and transfers

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany).

The service relies on mapping data providers to run its analyses. Exchanges with those providers cover only the geographic elements strictly required for the requested analysis.

Retention periods

• Contact exchanges: 3 years from the last contact.
• Analyses and customer history: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived only as required by accounting and legal obligations.
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data.

To exercise them, write to contact@teneolog.com. You will receive a reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

teneolog.com uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. One strictly functional cookie stores your chosen language so you are sent to the right version of the site. That cookie does not require prior consent.

Security

Traffic to the site and the API is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to production data is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service.
